Sappi Global: The Touch Advantage

In 2024, I lead the writing for a book based on a research study that Sappi had done in partnership with Clemson University. Through a series of interviews with subject matter experts and many (many) copy drafts, we landed on a final product that the client debuted at a conference in early 2025.

The primary task became simplifying the scientific language for marketing use without erasing the legitimacy of the study. My background in museum work and academic research also aided in this process.
